Vote November 2026 · General Election
Louisville Metro Council · District 23
"As an engineer, I have a passion for finding solutions to complex problems. As your councilman, I deliver commonsense results."— Jeff Hudson

What Jeff Stands For
Jeff Hudson has called District 23 home for more than 60 years. A graduate of Fern Creek High School — where he was inducted into the Alumni Hall of Fame in 2024 — Jeff has spent his life rooted in the community he now represents.
After a distinguished engineering career with U.S. Joint Special Operations Command and GE Appliances, Jeff brought that same practical problem-solving to Metro Council. Today he's a thriving Realtor with RE Solutions, helping neighbors buy and sell homes right here in Highview.
Elected in November 2022, Jeff serves as Chair of the Metro Public Works Committee and sits on the Planning & Zoning and Economic Development Committees — putting his engineering background to work solving real infrastructure challenges for District 23.
Jeff and his wife, Dee Dee, have two adult children, Reese and Rachel Hudson, and three grandchildren. After more than 50 years as a member of Highview Baptist Church, Jeff helped plant Life Church in Jeffersontown, where he remains an active member today.
